We were thrilled to have national recognition of our quality and devotion to the meat trade by Country Life magazine when we won their Best British butcher competition. Our business was assessed by a visit and then submission of products to a panel of judges, famous French chef Raymond Blanc, food writer Henrietta Green, Chris Barber one time chef to Prince Charles, Lady Cranbrook President of the Country Landowners Association and Clive Aslet Editor of Country Life.
