Henrietta Green. Author and acknowledged expert of British Produce recently gave her verdict on Eric's traditional Lincolnshire sausages.
 
"Traditionally, Lincolnshire sausages are flavoured with sage. Lincolnshire butcher Eric Phipps makes his with home-grown sage, 90% plus pork - a mix of lean and fat meat, rusk to bind and natural skins. Expect six succulent, generously sized sausages to the pound. £5.70 / kg."
