Copas Turkeys are the ultimate, top-of-the-range Bronze Free Range Turkey, produced in cherry orchards, beautifully packed and presented. Our own Hambletons Free Range Bronze Turkey offers great value for a traditionally produced bird, using slow growing breeds which range in the Leicestershire countryside, these birds taste fantastic and are a must for the Christmas dinner table! We will also supply our excellent barn reared White Turkeys produced for us by the Laird family in New York (Lincolnshire). If you are looking to a change from turkey try a goose from Mrs Botterill, a tasty traditional treat - sorry, we are sold out of geese for 2009.
We have lots to offer for the festive season, all produced by us in our own kitchens; speciality pies, sausages, bacon, hams, not to mention our own home produced Longhorn, Aberdeen Angus and Dexter beef, Lamb from our own farm and fromWillie Griffin and pork from John Alford.
