Sizzling Sausages

We have won many Gold, silver, and bronze medals for our sausages at County and national level - including the silver salver as Lincolnshire Speciality Sausage Champions. Traditionally handmade at our own butchers from the best cuts of pork, with not much bread, our Lincolnshire Sausages are simply seasoned with salt, pepper and sage.

We make many sausage varieties as you will see in our shop, but we would like to highlight our authentic German and French bratwurst which are excellent grilling sausages and as they contain no bread or cereal are gluten free and are ideal for coeliacs. Our most note worthy new sausage is the Lincoln Red made from best braising cuts of Lincoln Red beef , delicately seasoned to prove that a beef sausage need not be of low quality - try it with mustard or horseradish mash..
