Delivery and Payment
DELIVERY
DELIVERY TO MAINLAND ENGLAND AND WALES ONLY, please telephone for postal charges outside of these areas.
We can deliver from Tuesdays to Fridays, and delivery always take place before 12 noon. Saturday delivery is possible but expensive - please ring us if you would like to discuss this. All orders are despatched by courier, guaranteed next working day delivery before 12 noon.
Due to the varied nature of our products, some orders will take longer to compile than others, particularly those that are prepared upon request, but on average we are able to despatch orders within 48 hours of receipt. We always like to contact our customers prior to despatch to confirm a convenient arrival time, so please make sure relevant contact details are provided with your order. If you wish to have a particular delivery day please specify this in the 'Special Instructions' box.
All goods are vacuum packed fresh, weighed and labelled, packed in ice and bubble wrap and palced within a strong polystyrene container which has excellent insulation properties. When your order arrives it is ready to be eaten fresh or popped straight in the freezer.
Payment
The easiest way to make payment is online via Protx. Secure payment is available through all the major debit and credit cards.
If you wish to pay by cheque please print a copy of your order and post it to us with a cheque. Please ensure that we have the full details of the delivery address and contact numbers.
