If you prefer you may print out your shopping basket details and forward this to us with a cheque for the appropriate amount.

You may place your order by phone and are happy to take credit card orders over the phone. Payment can also be made by cheque and postal orders.
Overseas Orders
Due to restrictions about sending food stuff overseas, we are not currently sending goods outside the UK mainland. If you are overseas you may consider sending a package to a relative or friend within UK.
Delivery
Due to the varied nature of our products, some orders will take longer to compile than others, particularly those that are prepared upon request. On average we are able to despatch orders within 48 hours of receipt, although some raw meat orders will be despatched the same day. We always like to contact our customers prior to despatch to confirm a convenient arrival time, so please make sure relevant contact details are provided with your order.
All orders are despatched by courier and is guaranteed next working day delivery. We will inform you of the arrival day, delivery will be before 12 noon. If you have any particular requirements for delivery, such as 'Leave in garage', please make us aware on your order. Our delivery company are generally extremely reliable, but if for any reason your delivery is not with you by 12 noon please ring us to let us know.
All goods are individually vacuum packed in ice and bubble wrap, within a strong polystyrene container, which has excellent insulation properties. Unfortunately we cannot accept the boxes back, but we have found our customers use them in many innovative ways such as picnic boxes, moving tropical fish, storage etc. We are always evaluating our packaging, but have not yet been able to find another material as efficient in keeping the goods cool and fresh.
Our delivery costs are as follows.
Weight of goods up to 10 kg - £15.00. Weight of goods greater than 10kg and less than 15kg - £16.50. All deliveries over 15 kg - £22.00.
Non-delivery and delivery discrepancies
If you believe your parcel to be lost, please contact us and we will investigate. However, we have to allow 2 days from despatch date for delivery of a parcel or packet to comply with courier and insurance regulations. Before an exchange or refund can be made you will be issued with a form that must be signed and returned to clarify non-delivery.
In the case of any discrepancies like missing contents, outstanding items or incorrect price details, please telephone us or email us at orders@fcphipps.co.uk straight away. You must do so within 7 days from receipt of the goods.
Cancellations
We offer all our customers the right to cancel their order before despatch, as long as there are no items especially prepared for you. Please contact us as soon as possible by telephone (01507 568 235) to avoid disappointment.
Refunds
We are happy to refund goods in accordance with the Sale of Goods Act 1979 (as amended). However, whilst every effort is made to accommodate our customers' concerns, due to the perishable nature of our products, the cancellation provisions of the
Distance Selling Regulations 2000 do not apply.
Complaints
In the event that you should have a complaint regarding any F C Phipps product or service we will deal with your complaint within 5 working days. During this time we will provide you with a likely time scale for a solution and keep you informed as the progress of your complaint.
Security, data protection and privacy policy
When placing an order through F C Phipps your details are passed through to Protx. This ensures the absolute security of your personal information. The secure server encrypts your details using a minimum of 40 bit encryption making it virtually impossible for anyone to intercept your information from the order.
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998) and according to the Which? Web Trader Code of Practice.
We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service.
We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent.
We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us or from another trader in the future.
