Deliveries on Saturday, 22nd December are possible but very expensive; if you are considering a Saturday delivery please ring us BEFORE placing your order. POULTRY
Copas Turkeys are the ultimate, top-of-the-range bronze free range turkey, produced in cherry orchards, beautifully packed and presented. This year we have sourced an excellent local free range bronze turkey grown by Mrs Botterill, who also produces free range geese, an increasingly popular Christmas treat. Also available this year are bronze Turkeys from Seldom Seen farm, an excellent choice! We have delicious traditional barn reared White turkeys produced for us by the Laird family in New York (Lincolnshire).

If you would like a change from turkey we can offer free range goose from Mrs Botterill, farm fresh ducks and free range chickens.

Our multi-bird roasts, a delicious variation on the festive theme, have become very popular. For turkeys we bone out the rib cage, cover the breast meat with cranberry, orange and port stuffing, lay over boneless pheasant breasts and a piece of cooked ham, add a little sausagemeat and fashion the whole to look like a turkey on the bone. All poultry can be either fully or partly boned and stuffed, geese and ducks are usually stuffed and one or two pork tenderloins added to augment the breast meat.

ROASTS
We shall of course be offering a full array of delicious Lincoln red beef, our home grown Longhorn and Dexter beef, salt marsh grazed Hebridian lamb and Berkshire, Saddleback and Old Gloucester pork.

In addition there will also be our full array of pies, sausages, hams, bacon, patés, terrines, cheeses, chutneys, Christmas puddings, plum loaves and all the rest!

Shop Opening Times over Christmas

We shall be open 9am-6pm on the 22nd December, 10am - 4pm on Sunday 23rd and closing at 1pm on Monday 24th December.

We will re-open on Thursday 27th December until Saturday 29th December at 5pm. After New Year we will re-open on Wednesday 2nd January.
